Located in Netherall Gardens, this project involved extending the living room into the garden and adding a front porch extension to incorporate a WC. The first-floor flooring was raised to create increased ceiling height in the ground-floor living and kitchen areas, finished with a shadow gap ceiling for a sleek, contemporary look.

Under permitted development, the roof was opened up to accommodate three Velux windows, enhancing natural light on the first floor. Working closely with the architects and owner, each floor has been fully refurbished and decorated to a high specification, in line with a Hampstead-inspired interior design aesthetic.
