Brighton - Denmark Terrace

Located in the sought-after Seven Dials area, often referred to as the “Notting Hill of Brighton,” this Regency building was acquired with six existing apartments. We successfully obtained a Certificate of Lawful Use along with planning consent for an additional dwelling, increasing the total to seven apartments.
 

Each unit was meticulously refurbished and fully furnished, with the project carefully designed to maximise both capital value and rental investment potential. The process spanned nine months, with significant attention given to planning and management during both the pre-construction and possession phases.
 

Upon completion, we were instructed to market the apartments on Airbnb for the summer season before transitioning them into a long-term rental investment portfolio
