Elephant and Castle - Boulevard Mansions

The project comprised the complete demolition of the existing building, making way for the construction of a new mixed-use development. The new structure rises to part eight and part eleven storeys above ground, with the addition of a basement level. The scheme delivers 45 residential units alongside 682 square metres of commercial space, designed with flexibility to accommodate retail, professional services, food and beverage, or business use.
 

This redevelopment significantly increased the site’s residential capacity while also introducing valuable commercial opportunities, resulting in a sustainable, mixed-use building that contributes to both the local community and long-term investment value.
