London Bridge - Kamen House

The project involved the redevelopment of the site through the construction of a new five-storey building with a semi-basement level. The design incorporated modern office accommodation, providing Class B1 business use across part of the semi-basement, the ground floor, and part of the first floor. Above this, the scheme delivered twenty-eight residential flats, arranged across the remainder of the first floor and the upper storeys. Vehicular access was created from Magdalen Street, leading to dedicated car parking spaces within the semi-basement.

This development established a high-quality mixed-use building, combining much-needed residential accommodation with flexible office space, while improving the site’s connectivity and functionality through integrated parking provision.
