Borough - Quastel House

The scheme involved the decommission and demolition of a petrol station and construction of a new six-storey building with a part-basement, designed as a mixed-use development. The basement and ground floor levels were allocated to high-quality office space, while the first floor accommodated three live/work units to support flexible modern living and working arrangements. The upper floors provided fourteen residential units, creating much-needed housing within the area. Associated car parking was also incorporated to improve accessibility and convenience.

This project combined residential, commercial, and live/work accommodation within a single development, enhancing the site’s utility and delivering a balanced mix of uses through careful planning of external appearance, siting, access, and landscaping.
