The scope of works included the demolition of the existing single-storey rear extension and the construction of a new two-storey rear and side extension spanning the lower ground and ground floor levels. The project also comprised the replacement of the existing rear staircase with a new structure, complete with balustrades, to improve functionality and design. Further alterations included the enlargement of an existing basement-level window and lightwell to enhance natural light to the lower floors, along with the installation of a new access door on the basement side elevation.
