We delivered a full due diligence package for our client, including market comparables and an analysis of capital growth potential resulting from the planned works. The project’s goal is to maximise the property’s value for sale upon completion.
Following the due diligence stage, we were appointed to manage the project — collaborating with our architects to refine the layout and specifications in line with the client’s budget and planning application to the local authority. Our team is also working closely with structural engineers to ensure every element of the design and build meets the building regulations and build control standards.
The project is currently underway, with completion anticipated in May 2026
